• Operate – This phase entails that APiNETECH, your local trusted partner, will take care of all your operations for a decided period together with complete responsibility to achieve efficient results. We will provide the administration department, recruitment team, technical support, and operations management.
   
• Transfer – In this last phase, the overall process and operations will be transferred in your hands. Once you are ready, we can execute the transfer process and you can take over all the manpower and other assets that are part of our agreement.
